LMC truck for the billet overlay and a local speed shop for the gauges. Had to trim the overlay about a 1/4 inch on all bores for gauges to fit properly. Speedo is eletronic, no more upgrading the cable for wheel size or gearing. It's easy to program. Blue LED lights for different effect. I will take some pictures tonight and post them here.

I have since removed those hideous rear tires, and it looks a million times better. Brought the rear end about 2 1/2" down. Unfortunitely my camera took a dump.
Pics after I removed those horrendous rear tires:

My friend did all the gauges for me because I did not want to torch my gauges or harness. He ran all new wiring for the gauges through the factory fuse block. It looks factory! Sorry about the poor quality, they are all the same brightness, I don't know why they came out like they did. I took the pictures with the same Camera.

It was about $960 for the gauges and the installation

Speedo was about $196
Eletronic sensor $65 (for Speedo)
Tach was about $161
Mech Oil Press $62
Volt was about $46
Fuel (90ohm) $49
Temp was about $46
All prices are approx. All my reciets are in storage. All Gauges come with Bulbs and bulb harness, red and green bulb covers and mounting hardware. Blue LED bulbs were $2 each. Need 8 of them. 2 each for 5" speedo and tach, 1 for the 2 5/8 gauges. Make shure you get right sensor for the transmission. There's 3 different ones I think. Hope that helps. I bought all this stuff over a 2 month period.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

SBTork it is orange rhino liner. So it does look kinda flat. The previous owner had that done to the truck but I think I am going to change it to regular flat orange with some pinstriping. Check out my build thread. "OrangeAnimal" For more.
