Since my control arms didn't make it, I decided to start closing up the drivers side of the trans tunnel
I am thinking about just running the carpet to the sides of the cover and then painting the top and leaving it exposed. Not sure how to make it look right with the shifter installed though... |

It almost worked
I only get about 9 inches of lift up front and after about 6" the arm contacts the steering shaft. I am going to have to get one more u-joint. Anybody got a used 3/4" DD x 3/4" DD laying around??? |

got so adddicted after the first page I read the whole post all the way through in one sitting. heh took me 4 and a half hours :P I can't even imagine doing the hood and getting it right. much less the thousand other things you've done, insane. your hours of work and planning must be through the stratosphere. can't wait for updates on this thing. haven't felt this much suspense in ages thanks for all the info and pics = |
