We had a marriage! After 3 years of separation the body and frame are back together.
Now for the 10000 other parts that need to go in. |

Re: What did you do to your truck today? Chapter II
Back on all four wheels finally.
Only has 3 of the 9 leafs in the front now since it is no longer a grain truck. Sits about right but added a supplemental air bag in front just so I can adjust the height a little as the new leafs settle.

Re: What did you do to your truck today? Chapter II
Got both new seats mounted and wired tonight. The six way, lumbar and heaters all work. I wired the heaters so that if the switch is left on and you unbuckle the seat belt they will automatically cutoff.

Got my frame back on the ground. Had 2 flat tires previously, so technically it would not roll anywhere. Sorry for the cell phone pics.

Re: What did you do to your truck today? Chapter II
after a couple attempts at sanding polishing the turbine/hurricane/? rims I decided to powder coat chrome with black recess between the fins. Got the chrome on. Now I need to clear coat and then tape and put the black p/coat on.

Well I hate to admit it but it was 77 here today so all I did was drive it. Wed high may be as high as 40 with snow likely.
