I'd save for an overdrive unit or a 4L80E. That is the only way you will truly see mileage increase without sacrificing acceleration and in town mileage

Could it be another "Vacation Customs" of Texas interior?? looks like ,note the lever on the side of the seats to recline,overhead console rolling door,wood trim,center cosole.....

My crewcab hauls soo much nicer than my suburban.. Long wheelbase=more front axle weight=much nicer to tow with!
