Kim,
I was thinking about you.
Did you have the MRI and x-rays already?

Hope you doing alright, as far as it goes.

Thanks.
Got everything for the surgeon.
See him on the 7th to go over what he wants to do.
So far he doesn't think he will have to fuse any more vertebra but will find out for sure then.

Thanks guys.
I think it's going to be a pretty uneventful operation.
The doctor is a Neurosurgeon with years of experience on the spine.

Kim,

How it's going?
Haven't seen you respond for a while.
Did you have your back surgery?
If so, I hope all went well and your pain is much less.
Hope you don't mind asking, I know what it is to live with daily pain, it sucks.....

Take care!

Had my operation and on my way back to being able to do things.
Going to be a slow recovery but a little improvement every day.
Going to be at least another couple months before I can do any work on my truck.
I've been keeping up on every ones build threads just not replying.
Pain is pretty much gone other than some residual from my previous nerve damage.
I notice it more right now as I'm not able to be as active as I was before which helped to keep my mind off of it.
Should be back to my normal after I get into physical therapy in the next few weeks.
Kim

Glad your surgery when't well and you keep getting better. That alone should keep your spirits high. Wanting to get back on the truck will speed things up.

Thanks guys.
Feeling better every day.
Still going to be a while before I can do anything on the truck.
All the other builds will help keep me motivated to get back to it.

It's a ***** getting old when some of your parts are defective.
Pain is pretty much gone except for some that I've had since my fusion in 98.

Re: My 57 Pro Street

Sorry to hear of the 'pains of age'... with you my friend... but keep the faith and it will be better soon. Truck building is no longer fun if it causes you pain to grief.

Im sore every night when I come in from working on that damn thing, but its different than the pains that we have no control over. Get well soon.

The truck will be waiting for you...
