Sharp looking truck. I like those clear side markers. I'm looking at those for mine.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
I got the side makers at LMC. For the grill I had to cut the tabs on the top of the light and on the inside of the grill it has a little L shaped braket that you screw the to.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
I mounted my park lights by setting the light into the slots and under the "L" shaped piece and then put a little black silicone on the back of the light to keep it solid.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Thanks JohnC. Im not a big fan of the wheels, but it looks ok. The cowl is a badly attached fake Bondo'd right on top of the stock hood, and they didnt do ANY bodywork (or much masking) before they sprayed the paint. Lots of runs, but it looks good from 20 or 30 feet and great at night or in the rain

Hi guys i posted the other day and i have been doing some clean up work on the inside of the truck. I mounted my amp and sat radio brain under the seat. i also cleaned up behind the seat putting in one 10in kicker sub ( dont know if i want to run the sec one yet). Also I am in reapolstering the door panels. will have a pic of those when done. Next im going to start prepping to primer and paint the outside (any ideas of what color ) Thanks for reading Branden

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
I think he can. I had a friend who did this with a lesser brand truck. He could put it on and take it off. The real problem was that he needed two people to ride with him when the top was on so they could hold it when he stopped fast.
Since it was a F*$d, it flying off during a fast start was less of a problem. Finally, he decided it was destined to be a true 100% top-off ride when his girlfriend broke up with him because she had the door post permanently embedded in her neck. Lousy fashion statement.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Nope. Fictional humor.
In response to the question about whether a Sawall'ed roof can be put back on as easily as it came off...... That's my personal style of a laff-track. Or a "smiley". Trying to not look like an arrogant pr$#k.
