Re: 58 GMC Project

Hey Cal, Congrats on the cover!!!!!!!!!!! I know you said on another post that we gave you the inspiration to go on .....but you have been keeping me going on my projects. Thanks. That thing is REALLY nice in person and thanks for letting me come check it out. Hopefully one day I can at least drive the one that I am working on...lol.

Re: 58 GMC Project

Thanks Bernie! It was nice to have you here last year. I got a chance to meet another member from this site and that was cool. Hopefully some day I can make it out to Texas and pay you a visit.

Re: 58 GMC Project

I gotta tell ya Dave. That truck of yours is so sweet, I made myself a screensaver for my comp from the pics off the magazine website. Maybe it's piracy....but hey, I have a name to live up to..... My sombrero is off to you!

With all due respect to all of you GMC guy's, I like the Chevy clip better. So you may ask why didn't I just buy a Chevy instead? Will that's a long story in self.

I bought my mag off the newstand wrapped in plastic with the '09 calendar inside. Not sure if you'll get it that way in the mail though?
