That is a good looking intake setup. I hear that the flat planes are the way to go for fuel injection because the similar length runners make for a more consistent afr across all cylinders. It is also nice you can use your stock injectors, even though that wont matter when you add boost to it a year after you get the truck up and running again. ... actually, I give it 6 months!.... your are probably doing it already....

Guys, keep your eyes open on the ls classified section! There is going to be a sweet holly LS intake up for sale soon!

I am under the impression the injector will run out of flow quickly when you boost it. I could be wrong... happened once...

was that tailgate on KSL? I remember seeing a medium bronze one just like that on there. What are your plans for it if you need to cut it up?

Thanks dudes! I was pretty stoked to find it. I didn't get this one from ksl, but at the classic yard in Ogden.

Dragged her outside for a pressure washer bath. She looks good with the sun setting, even missing parts. Much more accommodating place to work now--looks so nice it's almost a shame to cut it all out, almost...

Welp, she's getting naked, slowly. What a tease...

Lots of stuff will be for sale on the parts board, soon. The CPP notches will stay bolted in a bit longer to help hold things together while I pound rivets out of the crossmembers. I hope it all goes back together as easy as it comes apart!

More "progress" as the framerails are now completely bare and the demons (rivets) have been exorcised! Hovercraft conversion complete; now time to start bolting things back on
