The apron in the driveway is poured and stone is here. hopefully it will go on house on monday.

Also started hangning siding on the garage that I built this summer. Finally!

Did some dirt work over the last two days. Because the house is built on a slope we had to regrade the front and west side of house to help with drainage. We also regraded the driveway and put some rock I had pilled up down over the base we laid. Im not done with drive yet but at least my wife can drive up to the garage now. The masons surprised us and started setting the new stone front. They are going to finish up on monday. We LOVE the color, and it matches with siding and trim very well.

Here is a picture of our back porch, I know its a mess but its covered storage right now, and a couple of the east side of our yard.

Started laying the tile in the dining room and kitchen. Have to have it laid by wednesday because our Cabinets will be installed then. This is my first attempt at tile but a good friend is getting me started. Learning alot and starting to feel better about it. The tile is 6"x24" and looks like hand scraped wood flooring. We wanted wood but didn't want our dog scratching it, so we went with this. Oh and 4 days until our due date!

Took advantage of the warmer weather this weekend and finished the siding on 2 sides of the workshop. Going to finish the tile in the kitchen/dining room tomorrow night.

Due date for the baby is tomorrow. Doesn't seem that he is going to make his arrival then. We have an appt. on tuesday and if nothing has happened by then we are going to schedule for her to be induced.

Cabinets came in and look incredible. They were so much more than we were hoping for. A dad of a friends friend built/installed them for us. The craftsmanship is amazing. Bad news is the counter top we have coming wont be in until january. The cabinets are natural hickory. we decided not to have them stained, but just clear coated. We went with the 8 ft. tall cabinets instead of standard 7ft, because we have 10 ft. tall ceilings in the house.

My wife was induced Friday morning and after 20 hours of labor, we had to have a C-section. Grayson was born at 12:42 this morning. 8 pounds 10 oz. It was truely the most incredible thing I have ever experienced. My wife worked so hard and was a trooper through it all. So far she is doing well, just very sore and tired and he is a healthy baby boy.

Thanks for the compliments guys, my wife and I are at home now and she is doing much better. Grayson seems to have adjusted well. Eat, sleep, poop, repeat! Here is a pic of him at 3 days old
