Re: My Facetruck thread.
Our KFC closed 3 or 4 years ago.
A new place is going up with two brands, and I hear one of them is KFC.

Re: My Facetruck thread.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot.
My lovely wife and I went out and roasted marshmallows in my new out door fireplace tonight. This thread of useless info is working pretty well I would say.

Re: My Facetruck thread.
No matter what, our KFC has always sucked. Every cotton pickin' time I've gone there in 30 years it's slow, food isn't warm, wrong stuff, one or all. And it seems the management has changed 5 or 6 times. I've wondered if the land it's built on has a curse. It is now a KFC Bell and that means two halfassed menus because they don't offer all the individual places offer. It's all remodeled in the latest trends to look more designer, but still tastes the same

Re: My Facetruck thread.
KFC is okay here, Wally world chicken is as good here,
We recently got a Popeye's and it's my choice for chicken. I prefer spicy.

Interesting model. Most fast food menus are designed to confuse the customer in order to get them to spend more. I don't drink soft drinks, so I never order a "value meal" or meal deal. When I order a sausage McMuffin and coffee it pisses me off when they sell me a large coffee I didn't order.

Re: My Facetruck thread.
I just went back and read the first seven posts in your "Another Chevyland Adventure" and had to chuckle. It sounded oh so familiar.
A while back when I bought the K10 in Cali., I came home and asked "Do you want to ride to California with me?". Her, "What are you going to California for?". Me, "I bought a truck out there.". Her, "Why". Me, "Because it was for sale." Big eye roll, "When are you going to quit buying trucks?" Me, "UMMMMM, when I quit breathing?".
