This IS a Chevy. You would have to stretch thiunsg to say that it is a Chevy truck. The chassis, suspension and drivetrain are all Corvette. even the Vette chassis has been shortened.

Went and looked at this today with a friend. body straight, 3" of mouse and varmint **** in cab and under hood. Looks like a newer 350 in it, EGR valve on intake. Friend thinks he going to pass.

Weren't these built on the one ton panel chassis? Notice it did not begin life as a Suburban, but as a windowless panel truck.

1964 Chevrolet C30 Camper - $6000

This camper is a time capsule, a true barn find. It does have leaks and it is not perfect. We have not painted over the mold, it is all there for you to see, no suprises. This does have only 60,000 miles on the original 283 cubic inch with a 4 speed granny low transmission. This truck does run great and has had brake work along with a carburator rebuild and all new fluids within the last year ($2000 receipt) to make this a very reliable truck. I'll be posting more pics shortly.

The Stageway is longer than the C30 Panel. And has many doors. It was probably made by a kustom company like my bus was. Mine started as a C30 panel and converted, when new, in Spokane by Novelty Carriage Works.

That's nice. Looks like a completely different lower fender extension and step arrangement than the 65 in post 106. Or maybe the openings in the 66 are just bigger??
