Re: 1972 GMC sierra 4x4 getting parted

10-4. when you get time to check on vent, let me know and price on lighter and vent.
Regarding ashtray mount, how about the other style mount with the plastic inserts (that the tray slide in)? I have both style trays, but would have preferred to use the tray with the bearing sliders. If you happen to have the other style, let me know how much on that as well...
Thanks.

Re: 1972 GMC sierra 4x4 getting parted

Randy I have bought a 69 4x4 lwb frame. I am in need of the 4x4 engine crossmember and the front leaf spring mounts if these will work on my frame.

Re: 1972 GMC sierra 4x4 getting parted

Hey Randy,
My 72 is the same color combo as this one.
The truck has an older repaint , The middle white is chipping, showing blue underneath.
On the glove box color is as White/ dk blue. Does this mean it had a white roof and the rest solid blue ?

Re: 1972 GMC sierra 4x4 getting parted

Drewbee, this thread is a couple years old. Sorry I don't have any motor crossmembers right now. I'll have to look on the leaf spring mounts

HDBOB, I'm not sure about that, you might ask on message board, someone would know

Thanks Randy

Re: 1972 GMC sierra 4x4 getting parted

Thanks Randy,

Keep an eye out for me on the 4x4 cross members. Correct me if I am wrong - any of them should work between 69-72?

And just let me know on the leaf spring mounts - are they same on the front as they are on the back?
