Re: 35 Years In The Making!
Well I rolled the frame work and they came out pretty good. Just making sure they are even in lenght and height. They are just sitting on frame work now. I will use two on each tub.

Re: 35 Years In The Making!
Today I finished rolling the last of the tubes. Thought I had enough sheet metal but not quite. So I guess I will have to wait till next weekend. I think when I get sometime I will make some changes on this tubing roller.

Re: 35 Years In The Making!
I spot welded the sheet metal on the tubes. Grounded the welds down and will start the other tub in the morning. Build mounting brackets for each end and I might be done with the tubs. Then start the floor.

Re: 35 Years In The Making!
Yea old school. No shrinkage and no heat probs. Turn welder down and then grind them down. Would be nice to have a tig and know how to use it. But since this is a curved pc Shrinkage and heat is less of a prob. Thanks john

Re: 35 Years In The Making!
Thanks, I will have some wood but not the whole floor. Still not sure on just what I will use at this time. But I will incorporate some wood to keep that 60's look.
