Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
Sweet that would be great. From that picture it looks like they are mounted from the inside.

Yep, you set the gauge in from the front andthey sit almost flush with the panel. It looks really good!

Would you be able to do a set in the brushed appearance?

Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
what would it cost if you installed the gauges and polished the edge, and powder coated the center black to give it the original look.

Got my dash panel from Ryan and I am totally impressed. This is the best panel on the market.

Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
Question, after seeing this linked from another thread - I didn't see anyone ask this previously, but ... does the Autometer gauge panel (2 x 5" and 5 x 2-1/8" holes) support mounting the gauges BEHIND the bezel? I ultimately prefer this look, I really appreciate the work you've put into this (I have a similar mockup on my spare glovebox door), and would love to see the Autometer setup w/gauges installed behind.

Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
Beautiful product, but it would look sweet with rear mounted gauges.

Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
You need to edit the price on the first post to reflect the correct price.

Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
Nice Job on the dash panel. If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to contact me.
As far as a website goes, I am working with another company that makes gauges and we will be putting the dash boards on his website. We are also going to have a set of custom gauges made just for the dash. The website is www.thomaskirkham.com . I have not been able to put up a website of my own because I have doubled the size of my engineering company and hired new employees and am moving into a new building in September. So between training new employees, designing a new building and buying new equipment I have not had any spare time to do a website. I hope to have the dash panels on the website in a couple weeks. |

Re: For Sale: Billet Aluminum Dash Panels
did you ever do any design work to allow for the gages to be mounted BEHIND the dash panel?
