I'm collecting orders this week, and I will place them with american eagle by friday.

Future orders are possible, just need to collect a few before I go down there to have them shipped.

I'm going down to place the order Friday morning, so all orders must be in by Thursday before 3:00PM PST if you want them to ship by next week.

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**

Just went and looked at the prices and I think I can't afford to wait to sell my other set of wheels. I guess I'll sell them to buy tires.

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**

cool, im in as soon as the 20 by 10 and 20 by 8.5s come in on the chrome. I understand you have to run a spacer on the back. Do you have to run 1" rotors in the front or can you run 1 1/4 rotors on a 67?

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**

Wow, Im more confused now.. haha

I have a 67, pwr disk brake conversion and 5 lug axles from ECE.

I do NOT have bags as of right now, but I DO WANT THEM SOON!

Will these fit? Im not that scared of spacers/adaptors...but will these work on a 67 if it's bagged (or going to be)???

Im sorry...my trucks in storage and away in (military) training so Im unable to go out and measure my truck right now.

THANKS!!

Re: Boss 338 Wheels **GROUP BUY**

Wait, they don't fit the back without spacers either? Does this apply to the 73-87's I thought it was just the front that wouldn't fit.

Measure your truck and compare it with the offset of these wheels. Pre-'70 will almost certainly require a spacer. '71-87 rear ends are 3/4" wider on each side (1.5" total) and may not need a spacer, or may only require a thin one rather than the full adapter-style spacer. Only you can determine for sure if you'll need a spacer.

Everyone needs to be clear: the wheels were retooled for a hub fitment issue, not a backspacing problem. If the backspacing was wrong for your application before, it'll be wrong for your application now. Some people used spacers in the past as a workaround for the fitment issue with the front hub, not because it was needed for backspacing.
