Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"
Today is the first time we had all 4 wheels and tires bolted up too, so we rolled it out of the garage for the first time since this all began.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"
It will be a good bit lower then this when we're done, still need to get all the weight on the suspension and do some adjustments

A few shots of the rear and a good shot of the gas tank at the rear end between the frame.

Thanks! I never dreamed I would've had the chance to do something like this. It doesn't seem real.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"
Thanks Cheby! We sectioned it all to keep the factory look with the 3 inches out of it, and also did the same thing with the widened wheel wells.

Heres some shots of the battery tray, we mounted it under what will be the wood bed floor right behind the passenger side of the cab.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"
Thanks!
lol thats been a popular phrase lately since we finished the frame, it turned out way cooler then I could've imagined, we just came up with a basic game plan and kept adding to it.

I really like the cluster idea. I may just have to copy it, or something similar to it. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
