Trying to research it.Have build sheet and some other docs...It originally came from California.. Banning Cal. Gordon Chevrolet? It's original owner would be 108 according to my research using it's Protecto-Plate. .Had a slide in and was rarely used looks like..

There was one like it at a collectors estate sale in Texas a couple years ago as I remembered, but not sure if it is the same truck.

If anyone else knows anything, feel free to let me know...Fun trying to track it down!

Yes. This is the one. It was pretty local, so I was able to check it out before the auction closed. Amazing time capsule truck!
It will be living in my new garage (adding two more bays on) next to my 67 Sting Ray also original condition... 1967 heaven!

On the reply screen, look for the "Manage Attachments" button and click it. A pop-up screen will allow you to search for the photo on your computer. Select the photo you want to post. Then, click the "Upload" button on the pop-up screen. After that, you can simply close out of the pop-up screen and continuing posting your replay as you normally would.

I agree with others, very nice find! A photo of the build sheet will answer a lot of question on how it left the GM assembly plant, I'm assuming Fremont. This was a low production vehicle, but due to the camper craze of the 60's and early 70's, these recreational vehicles have a higher survival rate. Many came with V 6's. It appears somebody added clips to modern 16" solid wheels to accept correct period hubcaps.

Full documentation, thanks for providing, you can't get any better than that, especially with a '67 GMC, it was a hit and miss year for SPIDS ( service parts indentification decal )many don't have them. Full foam seat cushion was a option over the standard spring construction, worth every penny back in '67. Plus you have the not so common 283 option in a GMC, much easier to find parts for than the V6. It also has the optional rare New Process close ratio 4speed, instead of the much more common wide ratio SM 420 4 speed. It did come with 16" 2 piece rims when new, most are converted to 16" solid, but most don't figure out a way to attach '67 hubcaps to them. Its a keeper!

Thanks for the great information and kind words! Glad to be a part of this Board...What is the SPID decal? The one attached to the glovebox inside cover? Yes, the tranny looks very different from the normal muncie units I am familiar with (see pic) I received a black plate with it said to be original on truck, but I don't know about that as I have heard trucks had "commercial" on them- Not really a big deal...

Thinking about the possibilty of adding power steering, but not sure. Haven't driven it yet!

Yes, that's the New Process 435GA. Not common behind a V-8, but my '67 has one. Fremont build, like mine. Late production, I think the bulletin announcing the availability of Chevy V-8's in GMC pickups was dated in March. Original rear shocks, looks like aftermarket overload springs. I added the original linkage type power steering to mine, it was a real bear to steer with that heavy V-6 and A/C over the front wheels. I would imagine this one would steer a lot easier! Very nice truck.

This truck does not, as much as I wish it did it just has the old gas v6, the toro flow longhorn is a different project of mine, Ill get some pictures of it and the progress I've made on it so far. How many Napco 4x4 67 torflow longhorn dually
you think GM ever made hahah. Everything I've gotten for it is date correct 67 GM parts so this truck should be pretty awesome. (everything except the bed since they didn't make longhorns in 67)
