Up for sale is my 1979 C20 Scottsdale project truck. I am moving out of state so sadly it has to go. It runs and drives and the motor and transmission are solid. Both were rebuilt at 150k miles. There is a electrical issue with the truck that drains the battery slowly, should be an easy fix but I haven't had the time to do it. Registration is current but it will need a new smog pump to pass emissions. I have an old pump that can be rebuilt and all the emissions hoses are included, but not installed.

This is a solid project truck that is very close to being a reliable daily driver and im sad to see it go.

1974 Chevy c30 crew cab dually with a cummins swap. Cummins 12v Engine and 5 speed manual transmission were removed from a 1992 d250 with 146k miles. Dana 80 rear end. Runs great. Has some rust in the door corners and floor of the bed. Has a power steering leak and the column is sloppy. Great werk truck or just something to enjoy.

1978 Chevrolet Cheyenne Fleet Side Short Bed Pick Up

One owner San Diego, California bought and owned square body Chevy PU.

Back from the tune-up shop on August 4, 2021 (runs great!).

Passed smog on August 5, 2021.

Perfect candidate for restoration project.

25k miles on engine overhaul. 350, ci bored 30 over, mild RV cam, balanced and blueprinted. Rebuilt T350 trans, posi-traction rear differential. Replaced seat upholstery and headliner. Radiator was rebuilt with 4 cores.

All work professionally done.

Good tires, extra right/left saddle tanks, comes with 2 extra clean/straight doors.

Factory A/C converted.

Has the aluminum frame aftermarket sliding rear window. Original rear fixed window comes with.

Heater fan and heater core recently replaced.

I have the original interior door panel seen missing from the passenger door in one of the interior photos.

Comes with original rims (additional 5 rims) but they need to be bead blasted and painted/powder coated.

Selling a 1975 C-10 pickup with 45k original miles on it! Yes it really only has 45k miles on it! I originally bought this truck for parts for my truck but I decided that its too nice to just part it out. It has virtually zero rust in it besides the passenger side of the bed on top of the wheel well and it is super straight otherwise. It has the original engine in it but it doesn’t run and I don’t know anything about it, I bought it this way. It also has a 4 speed manual transmission. This is a 1985 pickup C10 that I was going to cut down to make a short box out of. As you can see in the photo I have a short box already with two replacement sides from a Suburban for the short box. I also have a short bed Stepside most of it in the bed of the truck right now. So what you are getting.
