Re: Lets see your truck!

Thanks, I have had the truck since 1997. It is set up for a small block and TH400 and has a 9" out back. Engine and trans is out at the moment, it will be a 355 with bowtie heads, a friend just had a similar engine on the dyno at about 450 hp and I have a nitrous kit for it too. The TH400 has a trans-brake too.

Start your bidding low, and make your reserve the very lowest you'd be happy selling it for. As soon as the reserve is met it motivates bidders much more.
I thought the rat rod market had softened, but I've seen some lately bringing big-bucks. This 29 Nash in Idaho just ended last night with high bid of $26,000
You're selling at the right time of the year too. Springtime, weather's getting nice almost everywhere and the cars shows are starting up.
Good luck.

Re: Lets see your truck!

Heres my grandfather's 1927 Chevrolet pickup truck. It is an older restoration but done very good. He has owned the truck for probably 20 years now and hasent drove it more than 50 miles. It usually sits in a nice barn with a cover over it. Also a old sedan and coupe he use to have but sold many years ago

Here, I tried to fix it for you. That's going to be a great looking truck! I love the body as is, no paint or bodywork, but the truck has a killer stance and look!

Nothing better than 2 burbs in the garage or thats what I tell my wife.
235 full pressure 3 speed and a 55 car rr end..all NEWLY rebuilt. The undercarraige is nicer than the topside. Wood strip truck floor, dropped axle. Chrome reverse and bridgestones. Nice driver and shower.

Nice '46 Sub Newfisher! I saw your post over in the 60-66 section as well.
I followed your '65 SWB build over there and really liked that ride. Sorry to see it gone but I'm sure you'll find another one soon huh? good luck in your search for a 4x4 60-66 Sub.
