Yeah mate! I got the cab rust to fix and while I'm doing that I'll talk to an engineer to see what's required to get it on the road bagged! Can't wait!! Projects like yours really lite a fire under me a$$ to get it goin. Haha cheers.

cancelled my spindle order figured out that I was going to have to do a disc conversion first (ouch) and I probably wouldn't be able to run my steelies after which sucks so I am gonna have the lca's cupped and see if I like that I did order a bolt on notch and some other goodies though I will post some pics when they get here

oh and the motor I got wasnt the awesome deal I thought it was I am putting a new cam in right now and double gear timing chain kit also new lifters, push rods and front main seal, oh and rad was leaking so went to the junk yard for one of those there goes my plans for shiny goodies I was thinking about poppling for some tubular control arms before all this shizzy I should have went with a crate I got about $1500 tied up in the engine right now

Well no good news lately after trying everything i could to get that engine to work decided to yank it out and rebuild one and throw it in just got it finished what a P.I.A. should have bought a crate to begin with oh well third times a charm hopefully

I did get my new sending unit put in yeah no more running out of gas and put in new window felts so no rattleing windows and got my bolt on cnotch gonna put that in next weekend

I did get the bag cups cut on the front it brought her down quite a bit I am pleased (for now lol)

yeaqh thanks for the tip I am really happy where its at and didnt cost me anyting even better after dropping another grand on the engine I went ahead and put a pro cam in it while it was out and she is sounding sweet gonna put the c notch in next weekend tired of hearing the thud

thanks man the motor thing was a big headache but got a good one this time i went through the whole thing put new bearings, main seals, pro cam, valves, double gear timing chain, heads up gasket kit, pushrods, rebuilt edelbrock, new oilpan with the one piece gasket that was awesome ( I would never use the old ones now)

will get you one I just trimmed an inch off of them it made a big difference it even rides alot better

here is the notch its a bolt on from CPP I tried on video had some problems I will mess with it some more and try it again

still havent got the ambition to install the notch I am not looking forward to drilling all those holes contemplating taking off the bed not sure what will be easiest. wish I had a plasma I would cut out the frame and could drill the holes with it to oh well I really need to get it done though

almost forgot on a good note I took her out to the first little carshow and I got best interior on classic truck (there wasnt many trucks there but I will take it) that was pretty cool the trophies they give out are rolling shot pics they put on poster boards will post a pic when I get mine

Great job on the win!! Yeah might be easier taking the bed off to notch. Never done it but I can imagine it would be easier. Would probably save a lot of strain trying to drill holes with it on. Cheers mate keep it up!

I am going to do a C notch soon and taking the bed off for sure, easier.
