Re: Mine and Grandpas c10
couple of new pics, took her to nelson performance in san antonio for the tune on friday. Those guys know there stuff and are awesome to work with.HIGHLY recommend them. The tune made a world of difference as the shift points etc. are all good now. Im in love with the truck all over again. Ive got a small air leak somewhere in the front bags I've got to find but other than that she's all finished up!

Re: Mine and Grandpas c10
Went to Lonestar throwdown this weekend. Man what a huge show! Brought home a top 75 from 2500 entries! pretty stoked about that. Truck performed perfectly, Still need to get the ac charged but it was nice to roll up the windows and turn on the air at 95 mph. Haven't changed the gears yet but at 80 its cruising at 2000 rpm. Gotta love that 6l80e

Re: Mine and Grandpas c10
Whats your opinions? will bed-lining the underside of the wheel wells reduce road noise?

Yeah, I wish I would have used them when I bought my front kit Quick question, what color did you paint your truck? I love it!

Re: Mine and Grandpas c10
weird.... I've got the rear differential back in and am now bleeding brakes:
Im not getting any fluid to the rear at all even under vacuum. Ive got fluid from the prop valve but none at the rear. I guess my next option is to blow out all the lines to check for an obstruction?

Re: Mine and Grandpas c10
ok guys, have a question. Had my rearend rebuilt and added new gears and a posi unit. Im feeling a vibration at higher speeds 65-75 on deceleration that wasn't there before. I pulled the rearend and took it to the shop originally so i first checked u-bolts etc. were tight, Im at a loss here. Im wanting to drive this dude to galveston at the end of the month and am needing to figure out if its ok or needs to go back to the shop.
