Hey man, we should cruise soon my truck will be on the road not to long from now. I'm also trying to get a Florida board meet together. It's pretty cool that your 18 and that far along on your build. Seventeen here, and just a few weeks from being on the road!

Thanks man and that sounds good. I hope to have it painted soon. I've just got to make everything line up and finish my hood. Once paints on I've just got to install the Dynamat, audio, and interior. But we'll definitely have to cruise sometime soon.

Thanks David, my drum studio is currently filled with them, my seats, window glass, audio system, etc. Oh and your bumper and box. I can't even get to the drums.

Oh come on. Give me a break, my dad stole my camera and had it at the fire dept. with him all of the 24 hours yesterday. But they're very worthy of bling.

Yes, actually. I don't believe I'll have any problems stopping with just the 305. I talked to chevyrod about it today when he came by and picked up his new hood from me. After our conversation I'll probably add a booster and a proportioning valve but I plan on keeping the drums and sanding them down and painting them with chassis black or some matte black that will prevent rusting and keep the attention on the wheels. But they're simple and still quite effective, plus I'm used to brakes that give some because my Blazers perform almost quite the same.

I was out riding today before I had to get my taxes done. It turned out that the side of the county that I was on was a gold mine of 62-66 trucks. I passed a farm with 5 retired C-30's lined up by the barn and a C-10 swb sitting under a lean-to, another house with a baby blue/white 65 Custom option C-10 sitting under a large homemade carport surrounded by a bunch of old farm equipment and junk, and another field with a couple of different models including a mixture of swb stepsides, fleetsides and larger trucks.

So needless to say I will be heading back out there and making some stops next Saturday.
