Here is everything you need but the hatch handle. The clips that hold the rods to the handle mechanism are not correct they should have a straight ear. They are always rusted to pieces, I will send 2 of each with opposite 90 degree ears, one or the other should work. The bottom handle cover has some pitting and areas that are gone. Please look at pictures carefully and if you need more just ask.

I need the two brackets that are on the left and right side of the topper they are bolted to the hold down bracket for topper and the latches engage into them to keep it locked I also need passenger arm that holds up the topper

Let me know what you think. if you don't have the passengers arm that holds up the hatch that's cool but I do want the handle and latch receivers thanks you alot

Sounds like spring is not happening did you still want to pick the frame up? I looked it over pretty good today and noticed it has a double shock mount, looks like the drilled some holes in the frame. It also had an aftermarket bumper on the front so they weld brackets on the frame. I didn't get any pictures of that but I can.
