I'm getting real close to settling on the NV3500.
A couple things I did notice; correct me if I'm wrong, but the NV3500 will fit under the low hump, correct?
But you decided to go with the high hump.
May I ask why?

Re: Leadfoots build thread

It does fit under the low hump, but not by much, I had to tap down the seam where the firewall and toe board meet a bit but this may have been because my truck has a whole front frame clip from a 73-87 truck not just the cross member. I think the engine may sit a little higher than stock, The shift tower on the tranny stuck up thru the floor a couple inches also making the shifter look a little weird, Yours may fit no mods required. Then again maybe not. The reason I went with the high hump is because the floor in my truck was destroyed by the previous owner with an air hammer, the hump was split down the sides and beat down so a different seat would fit. hope this helps, I do have several pics of this thing installed if you need them.

Re: Leadfoots build thread

I know this is an older build, but I really liked where it was going. I love the wheel and tire size on this setup. Are they the same size front and rear? Also do you know the backspacing? I only saw 18X9.5 or 18X8 listed on their sight. No 18X9's. Thanks.

Re: Leadfoots build thread

I think I went with the 18x8s all around, been about 5 years since I bought them.

Re: Leadfoots build thread

Good for you! I've been getting after it after a couple year hiatus too. Feels good to work on it again. Thanks for the info.
