Yea I just think I would feel odd with it on a trailer. And to get it inside the cruise area I would have to be down there early. I would have to see if I can get the day off.

Mr.G it could be a little testy with a trailer down there. But I think people would just flip over seeing your truck even if it's not finished, provided you can get time off to do it would be so cool. Hey thanks for letting Darren and I look it over I know he really appreciated getting ideas and a close look on how you set things up on your truck. Keep on truckin as they say...Vernski

Thanks Vernski no prob. I have about half the house paint done. The rain has put a stop to that. But few more projects and I will be back on the truck.

Sorry to hear you've been sick Bob. I imagine the temps we've been having don't help either. Hope you get better soon.

Any updates on this one? It is absolutely amazing!

You definitely got the chopped roof and stance perfect!

Thanks Absintheisfun. I have been so busy at work. The Freight is out of control and getting a ton of over time. I have to make some decisions on my pickup with the front crossmember. Should just put air ride up front and just move forward. I love the stance also and I will find a way some how. I just need a couple of more inches of ground clearence and I will be happy. Should just buy a Potrebuilt crossmember and be done with it. That is the ticket. It seems like every year I say I will make it to Goodguys and well going to have to wait till next year. I try to make the build fun and when it starts to go the other way I stand back and go boating. Goodguys starts tomorrow in Spokane Wa and I will try very hard to get over there and check it out.

Re: 35 Years In The Making!

Yea but might have to bid off of the cda route. It is the toughest route we have and I have done it for 23 years now. Alot of inside deliverys with stairs. Me getting broke down now and have to think of the future. But I have not said anything yet. They are working with me on getting me back to full strenght.

Re: 35 Years In The Making!

Thanks. My dad and his brother did the chop a long time ago.
The 4 inches sounds like a lot until you see it in person.
The truck is low enough that it looks correct!
