Re: my radical 4x4 dually project
ni havent had much time to continue on the deck cause i had my wedding on sept 15 and we took a month and travelled thru most of the western states ie montana, utah, wyoming, arizona, california, oregon , washington andtwice in idaho. we had a ball, met some really cool folks, saw some amazing sites, checked out some wicked trucks, rods and bikes. the USA trip was awesome but its good to be home,no more spiders and snakes squeeze says hehehe.

Re: my radical 4x4 dually project
Cool truck. What Kelderman kit did you get? I asked them if they had a kit or would fab me a kit for an old 1 ton and they said no. Very interested in what you used.

Re: my radical 4x4 dually project
Hi to all! im back!, life and the recession has gotten in the way of building chosn 1 but i have pulled the tarp off of her fired her up and put her back in the shop, its time to finish her. I have been working wiring and stereo lately, my two apprentices will be helping with the decks very soon as well. I did manage to finish another chopper tho.

Great to see you back, and back at it. Wondered how things were going up there. That is going to be one sharp welding truck! Waiting for the next installment.

Re: my radical 4x4 dually project
thx guys, feels good to be back at it, its funny how kids can suck up the income! but i should have her back on the road in the spring. the recess for the sub box takes up the entire area under the seat and is 5 inch deep at the front and 6 1/2at the back, ill take some pics from underside, the recess was origionaly going to be a storage area, the floor is flat all the way across now( ie no trans hump)

Re: my radical 4x4 dually project
Thank you for bringing this back to the site. I wasn't aware of this site two years ago so I haven't seen this truck until today. I have to say this is one of the best looking trucks I have seen.
Congratulations on not only the wonderful fab, but also on the creativity you possess! Keep the pics coming!! |

Re: my radical 4x4 dually project
Very sweet build! I like the chop top on this. It makes it appear like a semi type rig and I love it! Does it still have a stock turbo on it?
