Re: 69 c10 -- first project!!
heres upon closer inspection of the cab. some of... not the greatest welds, and one side of the truck (cab corner/rocker) is welded in, while on the other side of the truck its fiberglassed in.
so cabs going off to sandblasting this week so i can get a better look at what needs to be fixed/cleaned up. some examples...... |

Re: 69 c10 -- first project!!
It does look pretty close to the firewall. But then again with enough power on tap... the more weight moved toward the rear...the better.

Re: 69 c10 -- first project!!
Hows the build going? All my drop member stuff showed up this week. Nate accidentally sent me an extra pair of hood hinges. He said it would be more of a hassle to send them all the way back to Arizona than they are worth. Told me to keep them for the next project, or give them to somebody that is building a similar project. Interested?

the new garage is is effin sweet too, 26' x 28' with 8ft ceiling. got a guy coming tomorow to run the wiring and a guy next week to run the gasline for the furnace, then we'll start moving the projects, tools, etc in and get the work back going. |

Re: 69 c10 -- first project!!
Send me your address in a PM and I will throw them on the bus for you. Then you will have to get ahold of Nate and thank him for the hinges. Figured since you already supported Nate and got the dropmember you might as well get some hinges to match. Than show some bro love for man who built these awesome pieces. All my stuff looks so good was seriously thinking of just clear powder coating this stuff.

Jessie is certainly a catch! A hot chick that can fix your truck for you... or build you a new one!
