Do you have any pictures of the finished product?

We are just now going back together. It will probably be the end of May before it is complete. I will post pictures of the assembly as I get them.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Thanks. It's been fun but now we have an issue with the clear the painter used and it has pin holes. We are probably going to have to wet sand the clear off and shoot it again.

Re: 1972 LS3 C10 build

Rick sent me some pictures showing the progress they have made on the frame. You can see from some of the previous pictures that Rick powder coated the fuel tank which came out really nice.

Re: 1972 LS3 C10 build

Nice build. I am in the process of doing an LS3 conversion myself. What parts / setup did you run for your FUEL SYSTEM?

I noticed you went with a boyd's welding tank, what type of regulator did you go with? What size fuel lines did you run? Did you run a return line?

I know we are running a return line but not sure what size on the lines. You might check with Rick at RJ Race Cars. www.rjracecars.com

Hopefully have some more pictures and updates in a couple of weeks. The painter had mortal hell with the paint but I think everything is good now after repainting for the THIRD time.

Nice! Could you ask Rick how they handled the steam vents for the motor?

Your thread is great, helped me out BIG TIME so far!
