Must be us PA guys. Bought and sold enough on this site to know this is really poor service, agreed to quoted price, sent payment within 24 hrs, all down hill from there. no replies to messages. Personally I don't care if parts don't ship for another week just give me some type of date, don't want to make a $72 donation.

Yes we are all busy, but if you have time to post additional items for sale shouldn't you have time to reply??

Re: Wires,Wires, and MORE WIRES..

I have been in and out of the hospital with my father for the last two months. I am his caretaker. Everyone who has dealt with me for the past 9 months or so on here know I am a stand up guy and stand behind my parts 100%. My fathers health and liver has been deteriorating the past few months and it has been hectic and fairly difficult to wrap things up on my end. I have been in touch with everyone and I also have my number posted for this reason. My nephew was logging in for me and he failed to tell me such things. I am home for today and informing everyone of their shipments. Doors are scheduled and every shipment is going out today. I apologize for m lack of professionalism these past weeks and after I fulfill my orders I will be taking a break for a while. It is not my intention to disregard or disrespect anyone on this forum. The stress and health complications have just become overwhelming at this time. Thanks to everyone and my sincere apologies.

Duane

this is what Duane posted on another post... hope everything is ok...i`v met Duane i don`t think he is out to burn anyone.

I hope Duane is OK as well. He has brokered a cab shipment to the tune of $500 and no word on confirmation or pick up date. Duane???? Please touch base with those of us that have sent funds. Sharpie

Re: Wires,Wires, and MORE WIRES..

I started a claim with the paypal resolution center last night and out of the blue I get a PM from HeavyMetalChevy (Dude, I totally spaced on your parts. I thought I had all the board members out. I wish you would have contacted me in regards to this. If you have not noticed I have been away from the board much and out of town a substantial amount of time due to my fathers failing liver. That's cool you decided to report me though. I appreciate that thanks. Now my paypal is in the negative. Good luck on your build.

Duane ) No response to my other PM's other than he had spaced sending the parts out and then no response at all .Still no word on weather he will refund my $176.00 or send the parts. Paul

I left you a message via paypal and even sent and extra ten bucks to ease the aggravation a little hopefully. It was sent after the refund with an attached message explaining the situation.

There is no reason to clutter the board with this drama. I pm'd you for that specific reason. I have no pm's in my inbox regarding your parts. If you have copies saved that would be great. I am not a novelist and am not fond of telling stories. These have been very trying times and I am good on all of my transactions. It is not my intentions to hold up build progress or "hold out" parts. Life happens. My father is basically on his death bed and circumstances arrived to where I could not be home and did not have access to parts for almost 3 weeks.

I try to keep personal and business separate but those not empathetic enough to even attempt genuine concern are selling wolf tickets. Instead some have publicly tried to damage my rapport by making accusations and false claims. Even as far to contact admins about not receiving parts when not even paid in full. My number and email are on site for these matters.

Honorable, Duane. I cannot imagine going through what you are going through right now, with your father and trying to take care of outstanding issues.

Prayers for your father, you and your family. A quote from a honorable man for inspiration:

Quote:
The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done.

If anyone can pull through it is my father. Not looking for sympathy by any means. Nonetheless, empathy is nice along with "realness." Appreciate the support. I do right by people and understand the aggravation. On a side note: a simple phone call can do wonders.

This is a shame, all Duane has ever done on here is hook ppl up and help everyone out. To destroy his name and reputation is barbaric. Hope everything goes well with your father Duane, he will be in my prayers.
