A little more done on the cab and in epoxy primer, previous owner hacked a hole in the firewall for master cylinder, still need to get the passenger step and cab corner done, maybe this weekend!!
Big brown truck brought wiring harness and a few other needed parts, slooooowly getting there, a few photos |

Finally got the last of the metal work on the cab done, all in epoxy primer now. Going to flip it on its back tomorrow and get the bottom hit with bed liner, then on the chassis for wiring mock up, a few photos |

Cab looks great. Judging by how the PO cut the hole for the master cylinder makes me wonder if he didn't own my truck before I got it. His cutting style looks familiar, LOL.

Bottom sprayed with bed liner, O2 sensor bunges welded in, started wiring, steering shaft done, few things back from the chrome shop, color is going to be Tunnel Ram metallic gray, few

That's going to look awesome! nice work.
I feel your pain with the patch panels i'm just starting my cab repairs and i have a long road ahead. Looking forward to seeing it painted. |

Primer and filler drying, I little time to make a chuck to hold carriage bolts that will hold bed down, rolled them on a sheet of 220, then scotchbrite pad for a nice brushed finish, a few photos

Got the tailgate and front panel cut and buffed, painted steps and rear fenders, got the Vintage Air condenser and dryer set up mounted, a few photos

Got bed sides painted, terrible flow on the clear coat, but they cut and buffed out nicely, great day in the shop yesterday, box completely assembled, great motivator the get cracking on the cab!!
