Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's
Wow! Just seeing this. As a younger guy who got into trucks during the mini truckin phase (thank goodness I'm over that), I'm now a little older and appreciate the amazing stylistic cues of these "factory looking" trucks slammed on some big wheels. The trim, body lines, etc., on these trucks are just pure genius! Constantly amazed.
Such a killer looking truck! One of my favorites on the board.

Thank you so much. About 20 years ago I use to shave all the chrome, now I love it! Guess taste change, but I'm glad I came around! LOL!

That's exactly the way I was. Glad I've "grown up" a little.

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's
I love your truck! Love the color, is the bottom green? Factory color? As far as the 24's on the rear with a steel floor, you'll have to cut it and make a metal bridge cover or raise the whole thing. I think the first option would be way easier at the point your at.

Killer truck, didn't expect it to be that nice of a setup with that wheel size, you did an amazing job.

Re: My 72 with 405/25/24's
Hello everyone, I'm new to the board (this is my first post) but have been poking around here for a few weeks. I got the itch to build another Hot Rod and it crossed my mind about doing a old skool C-10. I've always loved these trucks but have always built cars, so with that being said... I started searching to see what was out there and it led me to this site. I had an idea in my head about what I wanted to build then I ran across your truck Wade and all I can say is WOW!!! We are on the same page and have a lot of the same ideas for what a cool truck should be. Just wanted to say awesome truck and now I need to start searching for a truck...

Yea the bottom is green, it's the factory color green plan on having it painted back original green and white. Dude I can't stop looking at your truck you've really inspired me thanks!

Hey Wade, do you have anymore pictures of your truck? Also do you have full exhaust to the rear of your truck, or did you run dumps farther up stream?
