I suspect that even if we gave you a Mustang built by Chip Foose, you would eventually tire of it, and buy a rat rod again to get away from the clinical purity of a high end build.

It will be great if James could take over your build thread, along with the moderators maybe changing the title to reflect his ownership but retaining the log of your work to date, as you were really its first enthusiast keeper in the UK.
