Re: Pro Performance : '68 SWB Build
The truck went back to the blaster to get the rest of the body and bed done. Next will be a coat of primer, as it won't get painted until next year sometime. The painter he wants to use is backed up until then. This way he can get some miles on it and enjoy it, before going back to get painted.

Re: Pro Performance : '68 SWB Build
Not as of lately, since my Dad did a LS swap on his '66. Now that his is all finished, he will be getting back to work on it. Next will be hanging the front sheetmetal and firing it up soon.

Re: Pro Performance : '68 SWB Build
Also was able to get the wires ran through the jamb using some rubber boots my dad located online. Also is a shot of the Dead End Garage exhaust cutouts we sell, for the exhaust ot pass through the trailing arm crossmember.

Re: Pro Performance : '68 SWB Build
I was just looking at pics of this truck on your website yesterday, wondering about updates.
I've also been racking my brain trying to remember where I had seen those exhaust cut outs, thanks for the good timing on both accounts! |

Re: Pro Performance : '68 SWB Build
Been a while since I updated the thread. The truck is a driver now, and was able to get it all dyno tuned at Pro Dyno here in Phoenix. While it was down here, we put some miles on. It still has some small final things to be done, then paint, and off to the owner. Here are some pictures. We will have a full dyno video up soon.

One more thing, what did you do with the original bumper off the back ? I'm looking for one just like that...it matches my front bumper perfectly !
Id buy it from you if you were interested in selling it ?? Wade
