Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
If any of the Southwest guys are looking for a C20 seems to me (a newbie from the rusty Northeast) this one is decent priced.
But not sure what is going on with those holes below the top trim? http://phoenix.craigslist.org/wvl/cto/5794276964.html |

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
SMOKING DEAL on this truck. That's my opinion anyway. I haven't seen the truck, but there's a decent chance there's little to no rust. If I had the room I wouldn't be posting this.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
Wouldn't this be a longhorn bed ? Seems like a great price if it is in decent condition

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
No visible 6" seam, did they make a 1/2 ton longhorn?, Betting it's a regular 8' bed

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
Just looked long in the pic, I guess it is a regular 8' bed. Still a good price if in good condition

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
Agree its the expected, for the model, "8 foot" (98") bed.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
A couple nice K20s - and I think the blue Custom Deluxe is a pretty darn good deal at $4500 (looks similar to Ken's (52napco) recent acquisition - but his had lower belt trim on it I believe). Looks like it was originally a 518 med green truck, which would look awesome TOO. Enjoy!

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
One more, this time for you FAR northwesterners... Looks like a K20 Cheyenne Custom Camper! (but would still like to see the SPID!) Something you don't see every day, especially in anchorage! Still has its original locking ring rims. http://anchorage.craigslist.org/cto/5808888101.html Pretty good quotable quote in the ad copy: "Running 350 sitting in bed"! Now that I'd like to see. Anyway, cool truck.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
i would say after reading his ad it's a 2wd truck on a 4x4 frame. Looks like a nice body but
Shipping would be 2000+ out of Alaska. |

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
Ford mirrors on the white/green as Ken mentioned - but I assume you're asking about the blue K20 because of the post you ref'ed? It has incorrect mirror heads on era-correct (but I don't THINK they are exactly 72) support arms. 69-72 DG4 type have symmetrical top/bottom mirror head, the ones pictured are the asymmetrical type of some of the square bodies. I can't see the ones on the first truck, I need glasses (must be sport mirrors or something, they're so small....)
