Very sweet deal! And like said above the amount of swap ready production pieces makes the swap a no brainer at this point, especially with that cost

I missed the pics of the full coil over suspension. Congrats! Looking forward to watching that installation.

Thanks, been a long time coming. This is at least the third dropmember I've owned; I'd like to actually install and drive this one...

Playing around with ideas for this five-three. I think it will end up with a less than modern look to it:

If I ever change the motor on my truck and keep it naturally aspirated, I would do something like that, makes it look more factory.

It's an OZMO 4150 to 4-bolt adapter paired with an ICT billet 4-bolt to 3-bolt adapter, sitting under an LM7 throttle body and MAF. I'll have to rotate the throttle linkage 90° (keeping the 700r4, so need cable/TV), couple the TB to the MAF, and adapt an air cleaner. This was a quick mockup to see how tall it will be; ends up comparable to my carb/factory spacer

It's the Holley 300-137 which will allow me to use stock injectors (with Holley fuel rails). Air cleaner will change in final assembly--just using this old thing for mock-up. Love me some car parts in the living room

Gringoloco, it's been awhile since I've tuned in on the forum. You never seem to amaze me. I'm still trying to build your 1.0 version and your on 3.0 now. Keep at it so I can continue to learn new ideas from you.

That is a good looking intake setup. I hear that the flat planes are the way to go for fuel injection because the similar length runners make for a more consistent afr across all cylinders. It is also nice you can use your stock injectors, even though that wont matter when you add boost to it a year after you get the truck up and running again.
