Re: Slosh Tubz new company project "Square Peg" frame laying 1987 GMC Jimmy

i was thinking a bit further on covering the intake , you could just use an carburettor style aircleaner fitted over the intakemanifold

, that would keep it low and it prolly would be eazier cheaper and lower dan a doghouse manifold too , if it works you could paint it the same way as cloud 9 if you get one thats high enough you might even be able to hide the ecu in there
they might have versions for dual carbs too that should e a bit longer and oval shaped

Re: Slosh Tubz new company project "Square Peg" frame laying 1987 GMC Jimmy

looks great realy like the temperature controller , i wonder if they can use a front like that to build remote radiocontrolls as whell , it would be nice as it keeps everything in the dash in the same rounded style

Re: Slosh Tubz new company project "Square Peg" frame laying 1987 GMC Jimmy

wow that looks awesome . does it control the transmission too? (it doesnt say on their website)
this will make getting a ls1 type motor from the wreckers and having it working a lot eazier , no more sifting through a used wiring loom afraid to cut the red wire and have things go boom no need for the wrecks wiring period
