Re: 1965/73 Cheap Build Up
It was a PITA, but I guess I'll do the other side when I turn it around.

Re: 1965/73 Cheap Build Up
I wanted something from Chevy, or Corvette, but I think these look pretty good for Ford Lights.

Re: 1965/73 Cheap Build Up
so people don't think I am only negative, being a mustang hater and all, I"ll throw out this suggestion.
67 'vette tail lights. Turned 90 degrees. That way they follow the same angle as the fender. 2 stacked wouldn't be over the top and they are cool looking... Just a suggestion..

Re: 1965/73 Cheap Build Up
For the record Dennis, I think the stang lights would look pretty cool.
Especially if you wired them to come on sequentially from the bottom up, the way they did on (oh hell I forget what year that was, but the '69 cougars did the same thing...) Even to this day mustangs and camaros are insanely popular. Almost to the point where, in my honest and humble opinion, they and trailer queen show cars should be in classes all by them selves. No matter what, it seems every car show there is going to be at least one of each rolling across the winner lawn. I am just saying.....

Thanks Whitie. They look almost like the Vette tail lights, but with hard nipples.

Re: 1965/73 Cheap Build Up
I'm going with these lights. Just picked up a set for $28.00. What a steal.
Speaking of steel, Now I have to do the metal work to make it look like this.

Re: 1965/73 Cheap Build Up
This is much harder than I thought. But here we go.
I will trim to fit. I don't want them tunneled that much. Need to remake that whole side support so the wires from the light will have room.
