Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

scootin81c20 - the sticker is for my mother in law, she survived it thank god. the tint cost me $130, the guy owed me some favors so i got a deal. he guarantees it and the seams are flawless!

78bo - i think im gonna do that first before i get it painted, i can still see clear coat where the emblems and trim used to be. oh, and i love mr2's, if you need tuning help let me know. im a sucker for those yamaha built 3sgte's...

orange77 - no, 5% isnt legal, 27 % is. there also isnt emissions here either, ITS GRRRREAT! i have 20 on the wife's mustang and equinox and no problems yet, knock on wood. i dont drive like a dick hole, all the time, so no reason to pull me over!!

texasfunk - dude, im a sucker for the rally wheels... i was gonna put my dad's on from his frist gen camaro but they obviously dont fit. are they stock or aftermarket? how wide in the rear? i have 275's with some ugly ass AR wheels and i HATE them. i want 305's or wider in the rear but figure i need at least 10 wide for those

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Thanks, I'm wanting to get mine tinted 5% on the rear and sides done in 35%. Sounds like I need to find a deal.

Thanks
Benjamin.

hi bumslie75, looks like 5% tint on those windows,,legal here in Nevada, don't know about the Tulare area, got relatives in that town, you do have a nice truck ,watch out for the chippies on 99, stay cool it's hot out here right now, going to do the same thing to my windows, 5% on the truck and maybe 20% on my wife's car.
5% is the darkest you can go on tint, almost like limo dark, 20% is what the chippies will allow in Calif. be careful. :Chevy:

Kam-It's a 400 with a 350 crank. Works out to 377 according to the builder Mr. Paul Hawkins.

Nice truck! Do the lights behind the grille really work for offroading, or they just for show?
