That is one nice burb, I'm not sure if it is 52 K worth of nice but If you want to roll into an all Chevy truck with something rare and nice there it is.

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
This one might be interesting to someone here in the PNW I just don't have room for it here.
It looks like it is on a farm outside of Ellensberg that is a pretty easy drive from most places in the PNW except the east bound lanes of I 82 may still be closed between Ellensberg causing you to have to go through the Yakima river canyon that although winding with a 45 mph speed limit is sometimes better than pulling the long grades of the freeway. Title thing is that you have to have the executor of the will go to the car license office with you with paperwork saying they are the executor and if the title is in the computer it you can transfer it and pay the fees and in this state you can go title purposes only without paying registration fees if you don't want to buy tags.

This might interest someone in the PNW a 250 Six cylinder and what looks to be a Saginaw 3 speed out of a 79 C=10 https://www.facebook.com/commerce/li...are_attachment

55 GMC big window in Redmond Oregon https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...type=top_picks
Truck in a basket but it looks pretty sold. The Add says independent front end so I imagine subframed and it says it has a 9 inch rear.

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
Spotted on FB this morning in the Straight Axle group. I have no idea of what the going price on a complete Napco conversion is for a TF truck but this guy has one for sale for 3250 and it looks like he is open to offers if someone is seriously hunting the parts and pieces to build one that is correct. Another guy chimed in that he had the correct 19.5 wheels to go with that setup.
It looks like the parts are in Ardmore Oklahoma.

58 Cab with a title, this might be a problem solver for one of our members. Or the start of a big window TF for someone else.
It looks like he has doors and single headlight fenders to go with it.

This is probably more interesting to someone in SE Texas who has a TF 3/4 ton
A Service body that came off a 59. It doesn't look in all that bad of shape.

This one is in Lewiston Idaho just out past the end of the known world sign but is a pretty decent looking TF short box bed that the bed looks pretty nice on tailgate is bent and right fender is pretty rough but if you have a trailer hitch you should be able to get it home. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...15147230%22%7D

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
I don't normally post trucks that I view as overpriced and that aren't well presented if they are overpriced but someone might find this 54 5 window that allegedly has a 261 and does have a hydromatic and what looks like a real nice body with actual patina and not rust for 8K interesting. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...25541764%22%7D

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
^ the long grass in picture is very strategically/coincidentally placed to mask most common rust out areas. if it is rust free the price is not bad. But it is a price that needs more than 2 pictures to justify

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
My first thought was that it was one of those "My wife told me to sell it and I don't want to" deals.
On the other hand there was a Traditional rod and custom show/event in Palouse Wa that is 15 miles from Pullman this past weekend and having a car show in the area often causes guys to rush around about sticking an add on FB or Craigslist. It happens here in the valley where Nvrdone and I live the last week of August every year when the club he belongs to puts on their big show. Still presentation means a lot when you are trying to get top money out of any vehicle, Spend a few minutes to clean it up and out and move it to a spot where you don't have junk in the background or weeds hiding part of it.

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
As my old dog Harley used to say "it's a bit ruff" but a 56 big window cab with window for 500 dollars makes this one interesting even though I am seriously project poor.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...55052694%22%7D Plus it has a title. Frame swap special there. North of Vancouver Wa a bit.

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
All Jokes aside all I'd want off it was the cab and title. bring it home, lift the cab off the chassis and offer the chassis on marketplace for a weekend and then haul it across the scales at the scrap yard if it doesn't sell. We have to pay tonnage here but normally we can just tell the clerk that we cut it down and made a 1/2 ton or even 1/4 ton pickup out of it and not pay for the extra tonnage.

55 GMC Big window cab that looks reasonably solid in Bend Oregon for 400.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...type=top_picks This might be the 5 window conversion or rust bucket fix for someone here in the PNW. Plus Bend is a pretty nifty place to do a weekend road trip to.

AD Panel truck chassis with what looks to be a 250 with turbo 350 in it in the Portland Oregon area. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...type=top_picks
Side note, the shot shows the burb/panel truck body mount brackets quite well.

That might be a pretty good deal for someone wanting a mostly stock truck and not caring if it is an 8 lug 3/4 ton.

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!
I don't usually post as what I see as more expensive project trucks but this one looks interesting enough to look at for 5K for someone who has been thinking late 50's wrecker and this one sounds to be pretty complete. Highway Towng has been around for as long as I can remember and is the oldest tow company in the area but I don't know if this is one of their old trucks or they just hauled it in from somewhere.

Not the usual truck part but a lot of vintage car and truck folks like them for hauling their stuff to rod trots. A 2012 Repro Mullens trailer in nice shape. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...type=top_picks
