Picture out the window this morning,going to let it bake in the 70* temps this morning,heck the bed looks better than the front half of the truck!

On the tach dash setup,the volts/temp circuit board sort of torn, ima get a pic, is it fixable?

he told me not to do it again and laughed pretty good when he walked in and I was sitting in a chair spraypainting lol

on the printed circuit....it's best to get a new one....

gonna put my real chevy (GM) tailgate on even though its rusted to heck its the semi right color and a heck of a lot stronger than that crappy taiwan gate on there now

The tach circuit and any other 7 hole circuit would be the same, right?

So could I save $ by getting another used one? Or are the bolts on that pretty tight too?

They sometimes come off easily, but many times you'll separate the plastic taking the bolts off...

And most of the time a super nice used goes for as much or more than a new repro....so I'd just get a new one...

Yeah, mines separating..

I need: New bezel, lense, printed circuit, spraypaints for rusted metal surfaces.

May repaint the old bezel for now and just buy the circuit the rest can be done in the future lol I just want that tach and guages in my truck lol

i need a under hood wiring harness for 7 hole gauge setup too right?

Yep, need the correct fusebox/ harness.

And the tach harness also.

Just the harness under the hood, or under the dash also? (I know i'll need to hook up a vacumn line and a oil pressure line)

There's a wiring diagram on here that shows you where to relocate the pins in your harness so you don't have to change the whole harness out. It's pretty simple to do. We did it to my dads truck.
BTW the truck is looking good. It's good seeing you stay after it like you have.

Gf helped me clean it up (windex windows and put some OLD rainx i found too) pics later

Got the Front drivers side fender trim on, I have more clips comming my way tomorow or the next day (FINALLY found some at carquest, thanks larry!)
