3drburb...all of these are quite cool. but the stance, wheel combo, and sanded/patina'd finish on that square body makes that thing super f-ing cool! if you have more pics of that thing please share!

My '85 LS/T56 soon to be pro-touring truck. When I first LS'd it with rallies, then as it sits now and then the ultimate goal with full suspension and Forgelines

This is #Joe. I bought this truck in Feb 2023. It’s been a work in progress since I bought it, all while being my daily driver.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds Part II
he might be able to pull it off in the rear without doing any of that but the front he will have to remove the inner fenders an trim them an remove the a/c stuff

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds Part II
I figured so on the front inners, wasn't sure on the ac parts of it how close it would be, that would take quite a drop though but would look the best to tuck them all you can to actually fit the look of the truck, good luck, keep us posted.

Just dropped it 4.5/6 on Friday. It's already settled some in the front. The driver's side was a little high. Next up some motor refresh/upgrades.

Took the trucks first big trip today (250 miles round trip) with about 800 pounds in the bed. Managed to put down 14.2 mpg as well. Ran great no problems!

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds Part II
Well where we live in Northern Canada has been exceptionally warm weather, that is until today, dropped right off and now 3-4" of snow, just like winter again. Forcast is snow for another 24hrs or so, oh well will appreciate spring more when it comes. Cool pic of the truck, especially since the truck is so nice, enjoy it.

My 1986 GMC. Just put 255/70/15's on it with '88-up center caps on the ralleyes. (Don't know why the pictures are rotated and don't know how to fix it.) |
