Stripped the paint off the passenger door this summer, just getting around to reskinning inner and outter skins and treating inner cavity with sealer…

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
I am going with seamist jade with a white roof. The paint is a 2 year only color for 62-63. Very rare but I really like it.
I've been working for a week on aligning all of the panels on Sanity. I want to make sure it all lines up reasonably well after all the body work done. I set out the bed wood and strips to get ready for installing to measure and mark the bolt holes that need to be drilled.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
Finally finished my driver side exhaust over the rear end, under the panhard out to the tip, with the weight restrictions and short shop time after hip surgery, everything takes forever……

Yes, tig weld. On finishing, mig tacked during mock up…for myself it’s easier to give it a quick tack. I make all my exhaust systems to be able to be taken completely off without cutting anything, the vband clamps allow that.

Thank you, its tedious and time consuming, but I like to build my own, lots of these pieces were left over from my last 2 cars…

MT65 meticulous job on your exhaust! Looks great. Don't think that I have seen one tucked so close in behind the tire before.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
Thank you for the nice words, its got just under an inch on clearance, takes more speed than this truck will do to make the tire grow that much, at least I hope so🤔🤔🤔

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
Had to run to Home Depot for a fitting last night. When I came back out to the truck, the sunset looked great, so I snapped a few pics with my iPhone. Wish I would've had a real camera and been in a better location than HD's parking lot, but for a total impromptu shoot, I think these turned out well.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
Finished mounting my rear sway bar, a front bar from an early 70’s Camaro should be fine, may have to fine tune end links when its on its wheels…

I finished replacing the bed wood and raptor lined the inside of the bed. I got it finished and mounted back on the frame.
