Seller's Description 1971 GMC K1500 4WD This truck has been great fun to drive and take to car shows, but it is time to go so i can fund some other projects. The truck is rust free, purchased from Arizona and brought here a couple of years ago. It has almost brand new 285/70/R17 Nitto Tires and American Racing Rims. The Engine has been swapped to a 5.7 EFI. It is solid, starts every time and doesn't use any oil. It has a fuel cell and electronic fuel pump. The actual milage is unknown. It was fully serviced at purchase with all the fluids changed and everything lubed. The orange and black interior is clean and compliments the truck nicely. The only factory gauge that works is the Speedometer. Aftermarket Temp, oil pressure and Volt gauges were installed. I just haven't gotten around to getting the factory gauges wired up. It was a driver and the paint has minor flaws. At 10 feet away it is very difficult to pick out the flaws, but when you get close you can see them. An independent appraisal was done on this truck 2 years ago with a 26 page report qualifying it in "Very Good" condition with a replacement value of $38,000. I will include this appraisal with the purchase. Price is $30,000 and as long as the ad is up it is available. |

Body and frame are straight and 99% rust free. Small areas of surface rust that could be fixed inside fender well covers. A few scratches and blemishes in the paint but no dents.
