Good work on this man, way to soldier on through. The new brake parts look nice and even the adjustments look good. Soon you'll be stopping with the best of them... Uh, I don't really know what that means, but it sounds good ;)

ha ha, yes me too, since I can not work on my truck I have been working on myself and have lost 20 pounds in the last 7 weeks, so I am super happy with that, mostly diet and swimming

my wife's 2 weeks of bed rest has turned into 3 and then light moving around after that, I did not want to cut and grind and make noise while she was already on pain killers and such

hope to finish the trans crossmember before winter officially starts

so today we decided it was time to relocate the proportioning valve from under the master cylinder as there was no way to fit it there wedged between it and the trans crossmember, so we mounted it to the frame, quickly realizing the provided 12" brake lines we no longer going to reach

Fun Fact: them two brake lines though both of the same 3/16th diameter have three count them THREE different size fittings on them, I think that is so that you don't screw them in the wrong holes, but NAPA doesn't carry 3/16ths hose with different fitting sizes, if you want a bigger fitting you get a bigger line

yes I do own nice Made in American flare line making tool jobbies it's the dies that decided to grow legs and go AWOL, forcing me to buy cheap NAPA dies, bluh

I was so impressed by the young man at NAPA who helped me find this adapter, this will tie in the rear brake line into the butt of the proportioning valve

it's a lazy Saturday morning, so it's time to make a Final Stretch To Do List

Link new brake master to pedal and delete the clutch - Done!
Re plumb the brakes with new rubber hosers - Done!
Install lower steering column bracket - Done!
Clamp the fuel line to the frame - Done!
Put the bed planks back on - Done!
Put the roll pan back on - Done!
Wire the Brake lights - Done!
Wire the Reverse lights
Wire the TCC Relay
Rebuild the steering linkage
Raise the bench seat sum, and install seat belts
Install gauges
Put the grille back on
Put the hood back on

built up the courage to remove the brake peddalator and delete the clutch lever (the bent looking one)
