Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

Thanks Shawn. It was kind of a stretch for me as I am a guy that likes stock. I know that's not what the truck is, but it will be at least stock parts. Your truck would look good with some 20s.

I got a long pallet from work that I'll make a cart for the bed to move around on.

Thanks Mike.

I picked up a cup holder console in the parts board. I'm gonna try to sell mine at Goodguys tomorrow.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

I found these two necks at Googuys this weekend. I may try to use something from them on my filler. Still thinking on it though,

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

That neck I got from Todd has worked well, but I need to make it permanent. My buddy that has a fleetside grafted in a filler door from an 80's model, and it looks like it belongs there.

I agree. I want one of those round ones like Bryan put on his blazer. Small enough that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb

That seems to be the cleanest way to go, Matt.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

If you have a cordless sawsaw you can just go to pull-a-part.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

I have heard of people using the fillers off of late 90s S-10s, too. I think they are round.

Cool! I snagged a speedo cable, sway bar brackets, and rubber hood bumpers at SoKy today.

Also, on the front sway bar, there isn't a way to mount them to the frame like I thought. You have to have the brackets for lowered trucks ($40). I wish I had realized it before I drilled those 2 holes in the FRAME, lol.
