Re: A '54 named Busty
thanks mate, yeah finding motivation has been hard for me too lately, so go out there and do a little every day or every weekend, there are some benefits even if you don't see progress on the truck, like for example if I am cutting and grinding in the garage at least I am not on the couch shoving peanut M&Ms in my mouth or doing repetitive one arm 12 oz curls, know what I'm saying, not saying you're fat at all ha ha I am just sayin'

Re: A '54 named Busty
That should limit her ability to kick you for a little while at least. Kidding aside, I hope her surgery goes well.

Re: A '54 named Busty
Worst of my surgeries was the foot! I hope all goes well for her.
You know you had to change that crossmember or it would have been something much more difficult just when you thought you were through with the truck.

Re: A '54 named Busty
I'm glad for her. Out of 23, that one hurt the longest after the drugs wore off.

I will admit that "Master of Pumpets" cracked me up more than I would like to admit. I'm not sure it is respectful to what I think is a great song, but it does make me chuckle.

Re: A '54 named Busty
Good work on this man, way to soldier on through. The new brake parts look nice and even the adjustments look good. Soon you'll be stopping with the best of them... Uh, I don't really know what that means, but it sounds good ;)

Re: A '54 named Busty
ha ha, yes me too, since I can not work on my truck I have been working on myself and have lost 20 pounds in the last 7 weeks, so I am super happy with that, mostly diet and swimming
my wife's 2 weeks of bed rest has turned into 3 and then light moving around after that, I did not want to cut and grind and make noise while she was already on pain killers and such hope to finish the trans crossmember before winter officially starts |

Re: A '54 named Busty
I know you are secretly saying FINALLY.
It's great to see a plate. Now we need to see it sitting in the driveway with the plate attached and some rubber dust hanging off the rear fenders after your burn out. Haha Congrats man. |
