Ya'll ask for them now here they are.

Wrapped with tape a little tighter than last night and also used a zip tie to keep everything together.





Use a little oil to assymble.



One complete hose



Went ahead and put one end on the return line. The one I did last night I used on the pressure side.



I still need the 5/8" adapter for return port.

Try Duck Tap next time. I had the same problem. I tried masking tape, and electrical tape. The Duck Tape is stronger, and holds it together better. Any other ideas out there?

We used duct tape also, but we also added 2 hose clamps and left a small gap between them and then used our cutting wheel. Another option is a cable cutter simular to the one below. But by the look of things you got it.. looking good

Nice hoses Alan, awesome work!! would you be able to share the size and/or part numbers so we could make the same hoses? I have seen them in catalogs but I think they want upwards of $150.

How about using that aluminum tape that they use for a/c ducts? It's strong and also nice and stiff. Just a thought.

David, I like the hose clamp idea. If you use the cable cutter it pinches the line. It would probably work good on a rubber inner. I'm useing teflon inner on the power steering lines.

Once I get all of the parts together I will post the PN's. I've got all but one adapter. Keep in mind, I'm going from a metric pump to a standard steering gear. Aluminum tape would hold good, but knowing me I'd slice my fingers to pieces handling it.

Rebuilt a vent window tonight. Over all it is fairly easy. I had some issues of what goes on first. When I rebuild my other side I will get the order of the way it goes and post a thread on it. I took pics tonight, but I did things out of order so it would only confuse you and make life hard on those that follow what I did tonight. Here it is somewhat completed. The second pic shows where the vent window latch is supposed to be. I thought the pivot pin was available, but tonight I couldn't find anyone that sells a repair kit. I'll do some calling around.

Also in the second pic I don't like the big gap between the inside part of the door and the vent window. Also I will have to drill some holes in the door where the bottom of the window track goes. I put the vent window in just to see what other issues I have. It will have to come back out in time. At least it's somewhat safe in the door.

Wow is that a silver metallic flake that you are using on the upper portion of the cab? That looks really good with the orange. Have you posted a picture of the truck from a distance and I missed it

Would you recommend rebuilding the vent window or going with the delete kit and making it a single window? or is that really just a personal choice?

I'm going to recomend that you go with a vent window rebuild. No one sells a single window for our trucks, because of the fact that it's not secure when the window isn't all the way up. Everyone that has had it done, had the glass cut and peiced a kit together! That's my understanding from autoloc. Truckin did a spread on it and also stated the same fact.

NO limit makes a one piece window kit for the 64-66.
