My name is Rockvette ,I have a `64 Chevrolet 1/2 t stepside (short).I can`t seem to figure out how to post pictures yet,but I have a site you can see my work in progress. I just bought a new cab (new to me )because the rust monster ate my other one . That's going to be a great looking truck, love that motor. I was curious where you got the hood and box from, have you had any extra problems with the fiber-glassing it looks real smooth in the pic's? And what will the color be? Thanks for posting your build...Vernski

I got the hood & bed from www.usbody.com. I have heard that they quit making the standard hood only the race type (hood pins). The bed is a tubbed bed.The fiberglass works pretty eazy . Thinking of painting Ineeda a 1981 Corvette Mahogany Metallic with a light tan interior. That is my goal,still a long way off...

Thats cool, i was looking at the fiberglass beds for a while but wasnt sure about the bed tops, they look different after seeing them all the time with the rolled edge..

I'm new to this site. Awesome trucks on here! I own nothing but CHEVYS too!!! With the exception of a ford tractor that I hung a Bowtie on the front. I'm going to try and load a pic. of my '65 4X4. We'll se if it will work.
