Well heres a good update! I got the chassis mocked up and fully welded. Also got the front frame horns finished. Got the chassis off the table and almost nocked back up. Need to get rear drums and put the rack in upfront and then it will be a roller.
Anyways heres the pictures.... Full mockup Torn down.... Heres some close up of the gussets and it all welded... (hole have been rounded) Front frame horns... What you guys think? Justin

Well i finally finished the rear body mounts so they would support the cab weight. Got the cab set on and bolted down. Have to notch the rear of the cab for the driveshaft and tub the firewall. Also set the front end on there to make sure it fit right.
So here are the pictures of the chassis out side... Body mounts gussets... Cab on and about ride height ( will be about 1" or so higher) Front sheet metal just setting there... Whatcha think? Justin
