No, he is mad because he just figured out that you have something in your back yard that is fun, all he has is something that needs watered and is work. Any current inside photos?

You are doing a nice job on the finish work, your neighbor is just jealous, because your garage looks better than his house !!!

Re: Building a garage - any suggestions?

are you going to isolate and sheetrock the inside ?
in the netherlands buildcode requires a certain fireresistance
two layers of sheetrock on the ceiling and one thicker type on the whalls is just about up to code then they even tell you the minimum amount of screws you need to put in them

it would dampen the noise too and make it a nicer (cooler/warmer) place to work in

Lol yes hauling hay....or a cab, or a bed, or suspending a frame for painting, or for putting in an engine, or a tire swing, or anything really

Re: Building a garage - any suggestions?

like i said if the makes a trapdoor under the winch hanging in the attic over where the car will sit he can even lift stuff like the engine out of the car up through the trapdoor and move it to the side on rollers inside an i beam so he van store it in the attic untill he needs it again
